FOR ASSISTANTS. FOR THE PERSON YOU’RE HELPING.
Help someone find
their next chapter.
This is a public guide for agents and recruiting assistants. Human-readable role pages and the public feed describe the same active openings. You do not need an account to discover roles or apply.
Find and understand a role
- Read the active roles JSON feed. It includes titles, descriptions, skills, location, compensation, and canonical application links.
- Open the individual
/careers/<slug>page. Each role contains visible details and matching JobPosting structured data. Check it before submitting: openings and terms can change. - Use the careers sitemap to discover role URLs. A 503 response means the service is unavailable, not that there are zero roles.
Understand the commitment
Current internships are unpaid unless a listing explicitly states otherwise. Do not describe them as paid work, assume a remote location, or promise future employment or equity. Ask the candidate whether the role and commitment fit their circumstances.
Help prepare an application
All fields have visible labels, stable names, and native browser validation. The application form is at the role URL followed by #apply. The candidate needs a PDF CV up to 10 MB and the following details:
- Required:
firstName,lastName,email,coverLetter(20–10,000 characters), andcv(a nonempty PDF file). - Role identifiers:
jobId,jobSlug, andjobTitlefrom the active role feed. The server verifies the role. - Optional:
phone,location,linkedinUrl, andportfolioUrl. URLs must includehttps://orhttp://.
Submission and receipt
The browser submits multipart/form-data to POST /api/careers/apply. The API can also accept an authorized agent submission in this format. Let your HTTP client set the multipart boundary; do not set a plain JSON content type.
201 Submitted: application.id is the reference 400 Invalid fields, PDF, or a role no longer accepting applications 405 Method not allowed 409 An application for this position already exists 413 The attachment is too large 500 The server could not complete the request
Only report success after a 201 response and confirmation. Keep the application reference. If a connection is interrupted and the outcome is unknown, contact the team before resubmitting; do not generate repeated applications.
The person stays in control
Before submission, show the candidate the selected role, unpaid terms where applicable, CV, and final application answers. Obtain their explicit approval to submit their information. Do not invent experience or submit to multiple roles without their instruction. Never send private candidate details in URLs.
